Black wheat “Blackwit”
This unique black-grain wheat is the first winter wheat with coloured grain in Ukraine and offers higher biological value.
It stands out with its dark purple to black seed coat, due to the presence of purple anthocyanins. Unlike white wheat, black wheat offers many benefits for human health.
Its high content of antioxidants, vitamins B, C and E, amino acids, selenium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, calcium, iron, copper and potassium makes this wheat nutritionally valuable.
